Vanessa Cocchiaro accepts returns and exchange requests made within 15 days from when the order has been received. Returns registered after the 15 day period will not be accepted.

The return limit does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option.
Returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns form that is provided with the order and Vanessa Cocchiaro labels will not be accepted. Vanessa Cocchiaro will provide the customs documents if applicable. If you do not use the customs documents provided you will be charged the customs taxes if they have been applied.

The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on personalised and customised products.
If you wish to receive a refund we will credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. If an item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 60 days of purchase
Vanessa Cocchiaro is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
For damaged items, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. Damaged items must be returned within 60 days of delivery. Clients can be offered a credit note, promocode, full or partial refund, local customs fee is non-refundable.
